Every time it is Megan's turn to do family evening/bedtime prayer, she waffles on but I love listening to her telling her days story and when it comes to blessing people she always goes... 'daddy, daddy, mummy, mummy, emily, emily, ethan, ethan'. I have never asked why as its her prayer and I just let her say what she wants, well that was till tonight. Nearing the end of her prayer she stops and pauses and then says, 'I would like to say my blessings now, please Heavenly Father bless daddy, daddy, daddy, mummy, mummy, mummy, emily, emily, emily, ethan, ethan, ethan' When she Finally finished, I asked WHY so many times WHY (It does drive me mad she has to say it more than once and tonight being even more!) I just melted when she told me her reply, 'Well mummy, it's because I love you all twice as much as anyone else and today I love you all three times as much, so I have to say it three times so Heavenly Father knows'. Just how lovely is that. I will never again sit there thinking, hurry it up stop repeating our names.
