Thanks to Jen for the great idea of Muffin tin meals (i don't have any muffin tin's so i used cake tin's). The children have loved this, they seem to eat more and enjoy choosing what they want in their tin's.
This one is made for Megan, and Ethan had the same.
Of course Emily wouldn't eat many of the above items and when I first started making Megan's tray, Emily was having a melt down thinking I was making it for her. So I made the below tray for her.
