Tiredness

I have never been so tired as i have been the last few weeks. My days seem to start a 5 to 5.30 every morning as Ethan is waking up early. By the time i have come back from my first school run of the day, i feel like i have done a full days job. It just never stops... house work, washing up, bath times, school runs, pre-school runs, cooking lunch, dinner, feeding the pets, ironing etc. etc. (and yes i can hear you Jen... ironing why do it!!).

I just don't know how people run a house hold and work at the same time. One of my best friends Frances works and still manages to run her home and keep it in ship shape as well as look after her two children (one whom still doesn't sleep through the night). She still even manages to organise Great Girlie weekends, have guests ALL the time and hold a church calling. Frances if you are reading this i think your a star.

I think that when you have children they should come with warning labels on them (for loads of things) but for me today, a warning on the lack of sleep they need, in turn the lack of sleep we get in meeting their needs of their sleeping patterns. Yes i do love my kids, but tomorrow i will love them more if i get more than 5 hours sleep tonight... pleeeese!

Some of you might ask, why am i still up, well Paul starts work at 12 and needs to be woken up at 11pm so I'm his alarm tonight (only as i worried he wont wake with his alarm as he is really tired too, work and kids for him - lots of night flights).

So here is hoping Emily sleeps through the night (she has for 4 nights - YES) and Ethan sleeps till least 6am.
